MY JOURNEY
When I was young, I was quite lazy. I loved horses and wanted to become a vet...
My mum was a tennis teacher. Her communicative smile, her loving kindness, her patience and endurance certainly allowed me to become a tennis player myself. But they also made me explore my mental strength which took me on my triathlon and Ironman adventure.
Since always I have been aiming for physical harmony. I have found in triathlon my wellbeing therapy because for me these three disciplines "swm-bike-run" complement each other wonderfully. By becoming a mother, my quest for physical wellbeing took on a more global and humanistic dimension. By taking care of myself I realized that I was a better mum as I was more available and connected to myself.
In 2018, before the eyes of my children, I achieved a dream: to participate in this legendary race, the Hawaii Ironman. It gave me a taste of happiness that was all the more unexpected since I was already 50 years old, an age where you sometimes don't dare to dream anymore. This happiness was too good to keep it for myself: I wanted to make it accessible to others.

Run
We are most naturally suited to run. Yet running may put us at the mercy of our own weaknesses, both physical and mental.
Listen to my body, experience satisfaction and joy, feel profound gratefulness for being alive and healthy. This is for me the magic of this sport.
Bike
C’est dans la nature que je puise l’énergie et l’inspiration qui me procurent la sérénité et me permettent de faire face aux défis de la vie.
Sur mon vélo, seule ou bien accompagnée, j’admire la beauté de notre terre, je profite du « ici et maintenant » et me connecte à moi-même. Jamais je ne me lasse des riches enseignements que la nature nous offre.


Swim
Swimming is both very demanding and highly rewarding. It forces me to find my inner strength to overcome my doubts and fears.
Ce n’est que récemment que j’ai appris à maîtriser le crawl et j’ai longtemps appréhendé nager dans le lac. Pour moi, nager 4km en eau vive relève presque d’un exploit. Ainsi, je suis convaincue que tout est possible, à condition de se donner les moyens, d’être bien accompagné et de croire en ses rêves.
Run

I love this sport because it teaches me to listen to my body and to feel the great satisfaction and joy of the effort. Taking a step back I can truly enjoy and cherish life.

It is in nature that I find energy and inspiration. I feel at peace and can face any challenges that life is throwing at me.
On my bike, alone or with my best buddy, I admire the beauty of planet earth, I live "ther here and the now" and connect with my soul. I cannot get enough of nature's teachings.
