Together, Karine and Pascal have founded the coaching business dare2smileBeing both passionate about sport and health, they listen to you and guide you in your sports practice.

Karine is used to balance carreer and family life. She has found happiness in practicing physical efforts outdoors. Her quest of wellbeing through sport enabled her to reach a dream, to participate in the Ironman world championships in Hawaii in 2018.

Pascal has a university degree as a sports teacher. He is specialized in the field of sports testing and training planning. Pascal always favors the qualitative aspect to that of the quantitative and uses the vectors of health and fun to achieve the highest performance.

Our coaching concept goes beyond tests and plans. We listen to our athletes, take into account their dreams and motivations and adapt as best as we can to their professional and family constraints. Our goal is to offer them a fun and efficient training experience.

A strong and flexible body is a major asset for success.

We offer personalized support including yoga routines, breathing techniques and muscle strengthening exercises specific to the sport practiced for optimal performance and to prevent any risk of injury.

Good technique is the basis of effective and efficient movement and allows rapid progress.

To improve your results in running or swimming, nothing beats the advice of an expert. With more than 20 years of experience as a sports teacher, Pascal is your ideal interlocutor for rapid and lasting progress.

On the "d" day, a strong mental can make the whole difference...

With a rich background and varied professional and sporting experience, Karine has a wide range of visualization tools to facilitate the pursuit of the athlete's goals. Her credo: "If you can dream it, you can do it". Since the day she won the Ironman in Zürich, her dream has been to inspire others to take care of themselves through sport and why not help them achieve their wildest dreams.

DISCOVERY

What?

Personalized training plan including: initial VMA test, delivery of test documents and training plan.

For whom?

Ideal for embarking on a new sport, for example for a first marathon, triathlon, etc.

Flat rate CHF 200.-

ROUTINE

What?

Personalized training plan including: initial assessment, VMA test, strength test, communication and adaptations of plan on a bi-monthly basis. 

For whom?

For athletes who already have a certain routine and who are independent in their discipline.

CHF 180.-/mois  (200.- for multidisciplinary plan)

PATROLLERS

What?

Personalized training plan including: initial assessment, 2 VMA tests and 2 strength tests (initial and pre-race) to define the training pace and the optimal pace of the patrol.

For whom?

For athletes participating in ski mountaineering events such as the PDG (Patrouille des glaciers).

OTHER SERVICES

VMA TEST

What?

Test to define the VO2max and the training and race pace of the athlete. To do ideally at the beginning and during the season and before the race to define the race pace.

For whom?

For any athlete who wants to progress and who looks for performance.

VMA + STRENGTH TEST

What?

VMA test (above) combined with Myotest to determine the athlete's muscle profile and optimal training loads to develop strength, power and speed.

For whom?

For any athlete who wants to progress and who looks for performance.

CHF 130.- per test

PRIVATE COACHING

What?

Running tips, swimming techniques, strengthening, core training, stretching.

For whom?

To complete and optimize training through professional and personalized advice.
