I got this recipe from a friend who, like me, is in great health! This juice certainly also contributes to the health of my children because it contains ingredients with antioxidant power (reduction of the risk of cardiovascular diseases, lowering of cholesterol, prevention of certain cancers…). In addition, beetroot has scientifically proven benefits on athletic performance. It lowers the cost of oxygen during continuous exertion (endurance efforts).
Try it and you will love it
For 2 people: 1 raw beetroot, 2 carrots, 1 lemon, a little ginger, 1 to 2 stalks of celery and 1 to 2 apples (depending on their size). Peel the lemon and wash the other ingredients with water, pass everything through the extractor. Add a teaspoon of linseed oil, mix well and serve immediately.
