IRONMUM - a story of love and endurance
Le livre inspirant d’une mère de 4 enfants qui changea son destin pour devenir IRONMUM.
People’s lives don’t always go as planned. Karine Fragnière’s seemed destined to be happy and calm, almost “idle” as she describes it. At 50 years old she won the Zurich Ironman, the longest race in the triathlon world:
3.8 km of swimming, 180.2 km of cycling, and a 42.195 km marathon! Her victories and defeats belong to her alone. But now she has decided to share the lessons she’s learned about life and balance to help others find inspiration, courage, and energy. Her book IRONMUM is available starting August 2020.

PAST EVENT
I was delighted to spend a day with the first bachelor year students. In the morning I challenged them to beat - in relay - the world record on 10'000 meters of 26'11'' held by Joshua Cheptegei. During the afternoon I talked to them about values such as determination, discipline, organisation. I hope I could inspire them to always do the best they can and make their passion their job.
