BOOST YOUR DAY!
Every morning, I prepare a veggie and fruit juice. It has been part of my morning routine for almost 20 years. I am convinced that this is one of the best starts for my active days - sometimes I do not eat anything until noon because the nutrients provided by the fruits are sufficient until lunch. My children are addicted to it too!
Green juice, my summer's favorite
For 2 people: 1/2 cucumber, 2 handfuls of spinach branches, 2 to 3 apples (depending on their size). Quickly rinse with water without peeling anything and pass everything through the extractor (mine is called Juice Fountain by Solis, I have been using the same for 20 years, it is robust, easy to use and quickly washed) . And for those who say they don't have time in the morning, it takes me 3 minutes (including rinsing the device which I do right away).
