TOO HOT TO WORKOUT OUTDOORS?

Is it too hot to play sports outside? When I cannot workout early morning but still feel like sweating, I pull out my yoga mat and… let's go for a set of " push-ups ”and abs. I put on my favorite music and do 40 presses to the rhythm (be careful to keep the elbows close to the body, even if it means doing them on the knees), followed by 10 minutes of abs (below my fetish and ultra effective series). And to finish well I put myself 2 minutes in inversion on the head (head stand) or in shoulder stand. It boosts me for the day and I feel like I've done something anyway!
